Processing of orders for Anti-Slip Products

When an order for any Anti-Slip Products is placed, it should be sent via email to A quotation will be generated and returned to you. Should you choose to proceed with the order, we require payment to be made in full and cleared in our bank account before we prepare your order for dispatch. When the goods are dispatched, they are sent with an invoice and delivery note. Once the Anti-Slip Products are collected by our couriers, a tracking number will be sent to you.

Prices on our website and/or online store may, at times, appear lower than the prices that our call center or sales staff offer. We reserve the right to apply an “already added” convenience fee to walk-in, phone-in, and email-in clients. The basis of this convenience fee is to accommodate email communication with the client, following up on payment, booking of couriers, and general communication with the client.

Installations by distributors

While Slip No More implements all necessary training on the installations of our products, we have no control over the workmanship of 3rd party installers and their employees. Our products are guaranteed to work as intended. If there is a product failure, an investigation will take place to determine if it is the product or the application the product that has failed. If it is found that the product has failed, we will replace said product at no cost. If it is found that the installation has failed, it is the responsibility of the distributor or 3rd party to replace the product and redo the installation.

Slip No More will not be held liable for product installations that may have failed due to incorrect installation. Furthermore, Slip No More will not be held liable after referring consumers to certain distributors. The choice of who installs the products rests solely on the consumer, and they may choose a Slip No More distributor or any 3rd party.

In the case of refunds effected from improper installation, the legal responsibility falls onto the person (or company) that installs the products

Returns & Refund Policy

A refund on Anti-Slip Products will only be considered if the goods are returned to us (at your own cost) in a 100% re-sellable and unused condition within five working days of receiving the goods.

Once your refund has been approved and your banking details have been verified, your refund will be processed on the 15th or 30th of the month. Only the cost os the goods will be refunded, courier, shipping, or delivery costs are excluded.

Slip No More reserves the right to deduct up to 10% of the cost of the goods in order to recover time, effort, and bank charges while facilitating the transaction. This refund policy is applicable to situations where the user ordered the incorrect color or size of a product.

If a refund is requested due to the goods being damaged in transit while making use of our couriers, Slip No More reserves the right to institute a claim against the shipping agents, and the end-user agrees to accept the timeline provided by our shipping agents or their insurers.

Defective or expired goods need to be returned in an unused condition within ten business days for the manufacturer to inspect. The company agrees that if the fault was caused by the manufacturer, a full exchange or refund would be processed (Applicable in South Africa only). Any goods that are found to be purposely tampered with and custom made goods, including goods cut to size, do not fall within this refund and return policy. Please report any discrepancies relating to color or size immediately so that they can be investigated and resolved quickly.

In the case of a product becoming out of stock, the company reserves the right to fulfill the order within a reasonable timeframe, which could be affected by the importing of finished goods or raw materials. Please be aware that should include a product, or raw material be sourced at a higher price, the user shall be liable for the difference.

If a product that Slip No More does not manufacture needs to be replaced, please note that the refund policy of the manufacturer will apply.
