We’re the first choice for anti slip floors so we decided to challenge ourselves this time. We provided a non slip solution for a school pool’s diving board.
It isn’t everyday that we get asked to do something as unique as slip-proofing a diving board. The Brescia House School in Bryanston Johannesburg asked us to do just that. We’re proud to say that they’re now Slip No More covered! #SlipNoMore
Since this was a unique request we had to consider all the variables. Diving boards are typically exposed to direct Sun light all day. They also get wet with chlorine treated water & are used fairly often. We needed a non slip solution that would withstand all these conditions while providing maximum slip protection.
Here Was Our Anti Slip Solution:
- We decided to treat the diving board with a specialised urethane coating. Once dried we went a step further to cover the entire length of the board with a durable non slip tape. In combination these anti slip products would ensure the diving board was safe & ready for any swimming event.
