During our assessment of the estate which consists of eight mini-office blocks, we noticed how the tiles were especially slippery when wet. It also did not help that these tiled walkways were on an incline. These slopes actually serve a dual purpose as a pedestrian entrance as well as a disability ramp. Areas like these can be extremely hazardous during the rainy season or after cleaning and we had to make sure that the floor area would be safe at all times.
There were also a number of staircases that Slip No More was commissioned to slip-proof.
