During our discussion with the management of the hotel, they explained how they had been experiencing slippery floors on the ramp outside their reception area. The ramp situated just at the walk-in entrance of the hotel is sloped and curved – resulting in an uneven surface area. This slope increased the risk of slips, along with the potential risk of the ramp getting wet due to rain, cleaning, or foot traffic.
